Probitis delivers projects on a fix price basis. We use PRINCE II as a basis. Starting with a definition phase, we deliver a project plan, specifying the resources, timescales, key milestones, and cost. We track progress of our projects with our customers on a monthly basis. Project management excellence is the key to success.Project or service managers have the "technical" skills to perform project or service management. Certification (PRINCE II, PMP, ..) is one way of measuring if the "technical" skills are present to perform. But even more important than the evident "technical" skill are his professional skills. Probitis evaluates the professional profile of consultants for the role he will fulfill.
The right person for the job is so much more than the appropriate technical skill.
You want to manage your own projects internally (e.g. a service improvement program, setting up a project office, ...), but you don't know where to start. Rent-an-Expert helps you through the planning and implementation phase with a coaching approach. Rent-an-Expert means fast, neutral advice and coaching to jumpstart your internal projects. On a regular basis (1/2-1 day per week, we evaluate the progress and provide you with useful and real input to make your internal project a success.
We offer trainings in Prince 2 (Foundation and Practitioner) and ITIL (Foundation). We also provide soft skills trainings.
